To be as clear as we can on a trade value on an unseen car or van, we need you to be honest and accurate below, all offers will be made pending final visual inspection - to protect ourselves against any inaccuracies in the description. It will be a trade value, not a retail-sale value, so please be realistic in your expectations. The only way to achieve a retail-sale value is to sell a car privately yourself. We will be taking that job off your hands and needs to create a margin in the price to enable us or one of our partners to sell your vehicle on again. There will be a reflection of the journey price to collect your vehicle in any offer, if you indicate you require collection. Have your V5 (log book) in front of you when filling this form in - please note we will not quote on cars which were originally grey/parallel imports

	Registration No’Our trade buyer may need to check specification on UK mfr databases or perform an HPI check for outstanding finance. No valuation will be given without this.

	Make? Model? Engine? Fuel? (i.e. Ford Mondeo 2.0 diesel) Bodystyle (saloon, 3 or 5 hatch, coupe, estate, suv, 5 or 7 seater mpv, etc) Transmission (auto, manual?) Include any other helpful information

	Extras. Factory fit items? - include paint colour inc’ a note of whether it is a flat/solid paint, or a metallic/pearl. Also note interior trim colour and fabric or leather etc. Any dealer-fit items added after build?

	Condition: exterior. Please note any paintwork damage including stonechip areas, dints/dings, scale of damage. Any bodywork repairs? Glass damage? leaks? Scuffs?

	Condition: interior. Please note any leaks, upholstery or door panel damage, fabric holes or tears, headlining marks, seat wear, missing items, non-functional items, dash or door scratches/marks

	Condition: tyres. Please note any damage. Any due for replacement (if so, which and roughly when in terms of mileage?). Alloys? any alloy damage? Locking wheel nut for the alloys with vehicle? Any missing items connected with wheels/tyres?

	Keys. Please note how many keys will come with the vehicle

	Are there any known mechanical or electrical or structural or safety problems with the vehicle?


	Is there any outstanding finance on the vehicle? if so, please just outline the details (do not include account numbers etc, just an idea of how much is owing, type of finance etc). Will you be clearing this finance?


	Was the vehicle ever imported to the UK as a grey or parallel import?
