It’s an additional service we offer. Just ask us for our discount code for the card (we do not display this on our webpage for security reasons but our staff will be happy to give it you by telephone, or request the UMaintain/RoadServe security code by email by clicking here). All you have to do then is click the link on the card picture on the left, where you can input our discount code to get you the card for £48.95, register and order direct with the card provider.

Once your card is activated you simply ring the call centre when you need to book your car in for attention - they will book you in at an outlet convenient to you (they use a healthy mix of franchised brand dealers and approved independent repairers using OEM parts). You arrive with your car, hand it over with your UMaintain/RoadServe card, the garage will then let the call centre know what their diagnosis is and costs for work needed, and the centre will call you to discuss and give you their professional advice.
They ensure the garage is charging a reasonable amount of hours for the job and not over charging for materials/oil etc. The trade discounts are applied to the final authorised bill. The team will agree the bill with the garage (up to your pre-agreed limit) and if anything else needs doing they’ll contact your first to make sure you are happy with it and can provide expert advice if you are unsure about anything..
The great thing is that you aren’t having to deal with the person holding your car keys, you are able to discuss it freely with the centre and seek their opinions - you have support and help from the call centre to ensure you get the right answers before work is carried out. You aren’t being pressured by the garage who has your car.
You can authorise work to a cost you are happy with and once you’ve collected your car again the garage will pass their invoice to the call centre, and you will be debited within 2 days (using the credit or debit card you used to set your card up with).
You don’t hand any money to us, your dealings are with the company who supply the card product. We never see your card details.
